When one of my friend's asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told her that I needed some red sandals. To my surprise, she ordered these and they are perfect! I thought she was pretty brave to order someone else shoes but she obviously knows what I like. I'm not so sure about these horizontal stripes now that I see these pictures. Yikes! But I do LOVE black/white and red together, it feels very Parisian to me and anything related to Paris is okay in my book.

The fashion "rules" say horizontal stripes make a person appear wider...I say WHATEVER. :) I think your shirt is adorable and I still wear horizontal stripes anyway.

I think you outfit looks amazing! You look great in that shirt. Very cute! How awesome to get such cute shoes as a gift. I've never had anyone but my mom buy me shoes, and I think I was 14 the last time she did.
