This week in Mommyland....

They recently built a new park near our house that we have been trying to take Sydney to as often as possible on the weekends. We try to time it so that we won't completely melt but that's hard to do this time of year in Florida. The playground equipment is adorable and they have these trails throughout the area.

I am really excited that Sydney is starting to appreciate nature. She loves any type of bird and she loves picking up leaves and acorns. I wish I had been more of an outdoor girl growing up so I really want her to enjoy being outdoors and in nature as much as possible. Sometimes, I really wish we lived in the mountains. It has always been our dream to live in North Carolina. Maybe someday. I bet people that live in the mountains wished they lived by the beach! I guess people have a tendency to want something that they don't have. But I do love having a little beach baby for now!
