Working Moma: Red Squared

I forgot to post this yesterday for What I Wore Wednesday, so here's to being a day late!

Dress: Target
Cardigan: Target
Belt: Target
Flats: Wal-Mart

I had to include this pic to document how flippin' long my hair is. I haven't had hair this length for about 10 years. It needs a trim desperately but how do you go to the salon with a toddler? I'm afraid she'll start running around and I'll unconsciously get up to grab her and end up with a chunk of hair missing or something.
